What if Israel extended its borders?
Across land and seas,
Past oceans and mountains,
Over valleys and trees.
And what if it stretched,
So incredibly far,
That it had no borders,
No borders at all.
No matter where you looked,
You’d be in Zion,
No matter whom you were with,
There’d be no fighting.
What if all land was holy?
And everyone could share it?
If it wasn’t limited to borders,
Or Jerusalem’s inhabitants?
Then the whole world could feel safe,
Wrapped up in a blanket,
If Israel extended its borders,
The world would be a safe haven.
